At DMarSket, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

DMarSket offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, condition, or performance of any item in your order, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Products: Items that are damaged, defective, or otherwise not working properly upon delivery
  • Missing Items: Products that were charged but not included in your delivery
  • Incorrect Items: Products that were delivered but different from what you ordered
  • Late Delivery: Deliveries that arrive significantly outside the scheduled delivery window, resulting in product deterioration
  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a product for any reason

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 14 days of delivery for physical products
  • 7 days of purchase for digital products (if applicable and not activated/downloaded)

We strongly recommend that you inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.

For physical products, we may require you to return the item before processing a refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. For digital products, special terms apply as outlined in Section 7.

5. Return Conditions

For returns, the following conditions apply:

  • Physical products must be returned in their original packaging, if possible
  • Items should be in unused or minimally used condition (unless defective)
  • All accessories, manuals, and free items that came with the product must be included
  • Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

6. Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card
  • PayPal Payments: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfers: Refunded to the originating bank account
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative

Refund processing times:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days after approving your refund request or receiving your returned item, whichever is later
  • After we process your refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

7. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, special terms apply:

  • Digital products are eligible for refund only if they have not been downloaded or activated
  • Once a digital product has been downloaded, activated, or its product key has been revealed, it is generally not eligible for a refund
  • If a digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance

8. Special Product Categories

8.1 Pre-ordered Items

You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the product is released. After release, our standard refund policy applies.

8.2 Limited Edition and Collector's Items

Due to their unique nature, limited edition and collector's items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We cannot accept returns based on changes of mind for these items.

8.3 Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or with special discounts are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

8.4 Gift Cards

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund:

  • Contact our customer service to arrange an exchange
  • The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase
  • If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

10. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping costs
  • In cases where we cover shipping costs, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

11. Warranty Claims

Many products sold by DMarSket come with a manufacturer's warranty:

  • For products still under manufacturer warranty, we may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty service
  • We can assist you in initiating warranty claims with manufacturers
  • Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims

12. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

13. Legal Rights
